Phoned Kwik fit Newcastle under Lyme late Sunday afternoon spoke to Josh he explained it was too late for and exhaust inspection and asked if I could call in first thing Monday morning which I did about 9am. The exhaust was inspected and I was told it needed a new sleeve to connect two sections of the exhaust the new sleeve was fitted and I was on my way within 30 mins Josh and the team were very friendly and super efficient and the customer service I received was first class. Kwik Fit - Newcastle Under Lyme
After waiting 1 hour yesterday to get my tyres changed only to be told they couldn’t be done as the lease company didn’t approve the expensive tyre. I came back today as instructed and Waited just under 3 hours to get two tyres changed on my van, after being told the wait would be 1 hour. Sadly this seems to be quite common when trying to get lease vehicles tyres changed. Surely when you arrive to get the tyres changed, the 1st thing to be done should be to get the leases company permission to change the tyre to stop such long delays.

Holiday saved!Had an irreparable puncture as we left home for a holiday, despite it being early on a Sunday morning we were back on the road half an hour after being recovered by the AA to Kwik Fit.Friendly staff, the manager Josh was great, turned a stressful situation into just a minor inconvenience.Pleasant waiting area, clean toilets and none of that gunk on the wheel.Absolutely recommended. Josh and his team are absolutely amazing. Came in on a Sunday morning with a emergency replacement.. Got seen to in minutes. Was out the door within the hour with 4 new tyres and a alignment. Matched a price of a tyre I wanted so that I could afford so couldn't be happier. highly recommended

The supervisor was very unhelpful. I told him I thought I had a slow puncture and he didn’t even bother to look. Just said an hour and a half wait. I told him I couldn’t wait that long as I was out delivering and he didn’t even offer to put air in or give me any other garages to try. But don’t worry. I went to ATS Euromaster down the road who were great. They didn’t have the tyres in stock but put air in for me to keep me going and told where else to try. Brilliant help from happy friendly people.

It was a Sunday and I appreciate you being open. Told on the phone that it would be a 1.5 hour wait but I still turned up.The young lad on the desk was very pleasant and made the time go quicker as it was busy with people in the office waiting and the phone was none stop.He didn't crack under pressure and did very well.

Such kind and honest service. I was met with great customer service and just pure kindness, Ben is a credit to the company and more places need people like Ben to just be nice. I had a problem with my coolant, although it might have been a small problem- I was really looked after and made sure I was happy before I left. Thanks for your kindness and honesty- won’t be visiting any other garage, other than yours.
