I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cwtch Property Group twice over the last 18 months. Both times have been when my circumstances had changed and I needed to find a property quickly.On both occasions Cwtch Property Group were friendly, professional and very responsive when contacted. Moving in and out of the properties was a breeze and the paperwork side, deposit etc was handled efficiently and without any issues. Special thanks to Dave who dealt with me on both occasions, responding to any quires I had and helping with my property searches even whilst not living in one of their properties.Should I find myself needing to rent or house share again, Cwtch Property Group would be the first and only call i'd make.

Top Notch; they were transparent, honest and up front about everything and compared really favourably against other property consultant groups. Would definitely recommend.

I had the unfortunate experience of cwtch property group taking over a property I had been letting a room from for five years, never missed a rent payment in five years until my last two months due to covid, and I have moved out abruptly as of last night due to Dave entering my room without permission. While at first they seem very professional, polite and accommodating, Dave has and will, enter your property without giving you any notice. The first time I actually arrived home, catching Dave casually shutting my bedroom door, when confronted he knew exactly what he had done, invaded my privacy by not giving me any notice, this occasion was caught on camera (Yi home camera set up), however I did not take it further as Dave assured me it would not happen again. It has just happened again yesterday and my housemate confirmed he tried to enter other rooms in the house that are occupied, do not trust these cowbows, I was very abrupt after this and rightly so, these guys have no care for your privacy. Other issues include:- Cleaners intermittent, a cleaner hasn't visited Devon place in four weeks, which is not related to covid.- Repairs aren't dealt with, the radiator has been hanging off the wall in the bathroom for 4 months.- Their ridge freezer left to rot in the garden for twelve months, resulting in tenants having to organise removal and pay for the cost of this.- Fire alarms not regularly tested, paperwork back dated to cover this up and when they are tested, only the porch is tested, I raised fire alarm issues with them last year and this has improved.- My tenancy has no Claus against pets, I adopted my brothers dog after his death end of 2019, at which point they became pushy and wanted me out, serving a no fault eviction" during covid 19

I am a doctor who is always on the move. Cwtch property has been great at working around my needs and time restrictions. Their understanding of y situation made my move in and out of the property very effortless. There were no issues about short notices or returning the deposit.Besides, the property itself is of high standard and weekly cleaning is arranged in order to reduce the stress on tenants to clean the communal areas.I will highly recommend Cwtch Property if you are looking to live in Newport.

Been very happy with these guys service over the last 2 years of working with them. Coming from the landlords perspective I've had no actual complaints about them as agents and they do a good job at keeping on top of issues. Being a hands on landlord I suppose I talk to the tenants myself and fix maintenance issues with my own team more than other landlords, but overall very happy with the service they provide. Cwtch property is the best. They provide comfortability, your money’s value and amazing people..I lived at the big house and I met some of the best humans so far. It is such an amazing house, very morden and beautifully decorated.Dave is such an amazing person.I’m so glad I met all these amazing people and I look forward to using their services again.I’ll highly recommend.Ugo
