Ive just got off the phone to another instructor and booked a few hours with him. He has told me that what i have been taught the last 6/8 months islargely redunant and that i should of been put in for my test a while ago with what i had learned. This lot have no intention of putting you in for your test. Top that with the fact that when i rang to unbook a test because i had to take my pregnant fiance the hospital and was met with a rude response from the person on the other end of the phone. Im absolutely furious that i have been strung along for so long with promises of we'll book you in for your test soon". Do yourselves a favour and avoid this mob theres a reason behind an instructor always having availability and now i can see crystal clear why they had. AVOID."

I had my second driving lesson with my driving instructor Tony from Superb Driver Training Ltd, I left the lesson in tears and walked home the remainder of the way home. Tony is 75ish I think, he randomly kept coming out with horrible insults because I am a female, numerous of times he pointed out that I couldn't do something because I'm a female and he shouted at me when doing something wrong. It was my second lesson and only had 1 hour each time with him, he made me to reverse parking and shouted at me the whole time I was trying to do it and then told me that I was going to fail my practical at least 4-5 times because I'm a female, he also said my steering is bad because I'm a female and also my breaking isn't smooth enough and that's because I'm a female...On top of that, they're robbing me! Saying I needed to book 4 hours and pay for that which is £175 odd ontop of the £62

I sat behind this guy whilst he was on a lesson today..... letting his student do 15 in a 30 and then to give way to the left? Seriously.... driving schools like this just rip off young kids and fill the roads with idiots!

Terrible service ...The guy turned up late first lesson and every lesson plus has the previous learner still in the car ...So you have to drop them home ...My first lesson I was taken on advanced roads with speeds up to 50mph ...As I was dropping his last client off ...Didn’t explain anything clearly on the roads just a shocking service and needs to be taken off the roads and retesting on his ability to learn people to drive .Waste off money

I recently completed driving lessons with an instructor named John from this driving school, and was left quite unsatisfied with the overall experience. Despite looking forward to learning how to drive, the teaching methods employed by John were far from encouraging. Instead of fostering a positive learning environment, I often felt uneasy and unsupported, significantly impacting my confidence behind the wheel.Moreover, the financial aspect of the service was handled poorly. A week before the practical test, my husband( who had driving lessons with the same instructor) was unexpectedly asked to pay a fee of £365 (the explanation was that they needed to cover insurance,the driving hours, etc.). This substantial amount was not mentioned or agreed upon at any point during our lessons, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of transparent communication regarding fees was highly unprofessional and inconsistent with the standard practices of reputable driving schools.I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future services. Learning to drive is a significant milestone, and the role of a driving school is crucial in shaping a learner's abilities and attitude on the road. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular driving school was far from satisfactory.

Pathetic service, very rude people. My instructor Paul was a terrible, racist person. He made me wear a mask forcefully through most of the driving lessons (even after telling him repeatedly that it blurred my glasses), whereas even NHS now cannot enforce this rule. His own mask would always be down his nose though.He usually turned up late for the lessons but insisted that I pay him the full amount even if the lesson was cut down by 20-30 minutes. On top of it, he taught me nothing worth learning. Even after taking 10 lessons he never even once taught me forward and reverse bay parking, or turning right at junctions. He would just go on teaching the same manoeuvres again and again, even though I knew them well enough. Also, it is only now I got to know that the manoeuvres he was teaching are no longer even required. On top of it, he would spend 20-30 minutes in talking rubbish, making me stop the car and just go on and on with the details of how to drive, in an attempt to kill time. I understand that all instructors stop and teach you stuff through images and illustrations, but this guy would overdo it, just to prolong whatever he was teaching me. Pathetic centre and definitely do not recommend them. Please do not waste your time and money with them.

Absolute rip offs, they told me I had to pay £175 on test day to the instructor on top of the £62 I had already payed for the test, when I questioned it with the instructor he told me that I had to pay for four hours even tho I was only using the car for two hours and I had to pay insurance on top of those hours, I rang round other instructors asking if this was the norm and they all told me that it was £100 above what they would ask for. I still had to go through the test as they didn't give me a price until a few days before my test meaning that I couldn't reschedule with a different instructor, then when the test was over he was extremely rude with me because I had questioned the price, please don't trust these guys, as you can see from the other reviews they are extremely unreliable and untrustworthy people.
