Bathwick Tyres - Team Protyre

Life savers! On trip to Bath from South Coast and car brake pads worn down to nothing! Halford said they can fit me in 7 days time, but Bathwick sorting same day. Ver good service!! And very helpful. Would highly recommend them to others.

Went in to get a free tyre check but I also needed a tyre replacing. Fitted me in for the work in an hour, happy enough with the work but if you're buying from here make sure to order it online. My tyre cost me 30% more than their website advertised (£126 instead of £98).Update - the area manager sent me an email which basically summarised agreed it's cheaper to order online. Shame they have to charge more onsite.

Called in today to have new tyre for the spare on the van.All done and sorted with excellent service.Top job guys.

The luverly chaps at Bathwick Tyres (thank u Harley) rebalanced my very tricky 70 year old wheels with skill and good humour after two failed attempts by other local fitters my jalopy wouldn`t go faster than 60MPH without a fearsome wobble I am very happy to report that after a wee test drive the auld Riley has been transformed and steady as a rock at a GPS verified 95MPH at which point I ran outta road and stupidity (private road of course)

Would like to give a huge shout out to the incredible Bath team. My other half and I were on a long journey from Northamptonshire on Saturday (1st Oct) when the TPMS light came on so we had to stop somewhere quickly to try and get on our way again. We stopped off at Bathwick Tyres and the Service Advisor/Manager (I’m gutted we didn’t get his name!!) got us seen to very quickly and came outside with us to find a bay not in use and asked one of the friendly techs to have a look at our car. When we first parked up at Bathwick we noticed a nail sticking out the NSR tyre but luckily it was repairable. The job was turned around very quickly and we were so impressed. Having come from working in a garage myself, I know the pressures of the job and a bit of respect and appreciation goes a long way. The chap who helped us had a sense of humour (important) & was very helpful and it was easy to build a rapport with him as a customer. We promised that we would leave you guys a review, so I hope this has put a smile on your faces because you are all literally brilliant! All the best guys. I have used Bathwick tyres before. Never again. I got there early approx 0810, knowing they open at 0830. I was looking for some direction where to park. Before I could ask I was met by a very rude and arrogant employee who ordered me to park up in this area. I waited awhile only to observe a young man an employee on a motorbike revving like crazy racing into the yard, followed by another employee in a super charged car doing the same. My immediate thought was what a bunch of cowboys.I looked for another tyre place, found one and had a totally positive experience

Amazing staff and service at a fair price. I went in with a puncture and within 20mins had it fixed. Have since driven back to London with no issues at all. They were great

Absolutely brilliant! Went in with a rapidly deflating tyre and no spare.. just the pathetic foam. I had no appointment and it was clearly very busy. Within seconds I was dealt with, screw found in tyre and puncture sorted! The waiting area was spotless and even had plug in air fresheners. The waiting area had free refreshments which were repeatedly offered. Defo go here.. avoid **** **t at all cost.

Whilst when I went on a Saturday and they was short staffed I did time it rite and got there before it got busy and got my car tires sorted straight away I only went for a plug but discovered the 2 fronts needed replacing so got that done straight awayThe only thing I think could think of improving is more seating as not long after I got there it started to get busy and there was people stood about other than that I feel I would return for any future tyre repairs
