These bicycle racks are nice for short visits to the Central Library, Tiled Cafe, a War Cenotaph, and the Leeds Art Gallery/Henry Moore Institute nearby. Plenty of racks and space here for students.

Bicycle parking
This design is unusable. Police recommend that 2 D-locks are used through a bike frame, that's not possible here. These urgently need to be upgraded to standard Sheffield stands.
