I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help during the process of selling our house.It was extremely frustrating after the 1st sale fell through and we are so pleased that it sold again almost immediately.Special thanks to Jack and Neil.

Neil, Anthony and Prem have been exceptionally brilliant throughout my house journey process, making it as seamless and straight forward as possible. They were very professional, approachable and would always go out of their way to help me in terms of viewing the property and answering any queries that I had. It's been an absolute pleasure to choose Roger Platt Estate Agents in Burnham and I couldn't recommend them enough!

Roger Platt Burnham have been superb with the sale of my house. Mark, Kim, Anthony and the whole Team were very efficient and assist me throughout the whole process. They were calling me in a weekly basis to provide me with updates and they negotiated on my behalf the price of the house.They made the experience easy (considering how stressful is selling/buying a house).So, thank you!

I would NEVER use this estate agent. We were recommended them when Perry worked there however our experience with Neil , Mark and Anthony was merely false promises and mis-sold to us. They managed to agree a sale on our property which involved some photos on right move and an open day , but then left it all up to the solicitors from there with little to no involvement in the terrible experience we had. Not once did Neil call us or speak to us verbally once they had agreed an offer. They simply sat back and let the fee roll in. In the end I did all the work with the solicitor and by being in direct contact with the buyer. They literally sent one liner emails now and then ! I have complained through their process and have received the same attitude that they are there to agree the sale and that's it. They hide behind the contract not being a service level agreement. Shocking service and the whole industry needs to be regulated and controlled. They don't have to worry about customer retention as its not that often someone sells a house ! Their service and attitude to us as clients during a stressful and extraordinary experience is abysmal. So a couple days work for £6000 is easy money ! I will never move again that's for sure and if I did I would never use them or any agent again. Avoid if you can , use Frost or Romans !!

Chris has been an absolutely amazing agent. We turned up very delayed due to an urgent matter/ traffic delays, and Chis was very calm and patient regardless. He stayed till past 5 waiting for us, gave us a great viewing experience and had an effortless attitude. He is definitely a star employee and will go far! Thank you Roger Platt!

Jack is very professional and customer oriented. He has promptly answered any questions I had regarding my new house purchase .overall I had very good experience with Roger Platt including Prem from Mortgage team. They are reliable and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for buying new property

We had a few obstacles along our journey, ie, current economic climate , probate and personal issues etc etc, we got there in the end, we had plenty of viewings and finally found the perfect family that have followed through to completion.
