Lovely place. Here for a week’s holidays and just fancied something nice and simple for lunch and Meg’s place didn’t disappoint. Brilliant value for money and portion sizes were very nice and big. Highly recommend if you want to fill your bellies for a good price.

What a great find this cafe is, very clean, spacious, cheerful staff and to die for cake. The almond tart was gorgeous! And the crunchy edges finished off a lovely experience.That you so much for the complementary water, when my wife had a coughing fit. It will be our new place to visit when we’re in the area again

Absolutely amazing place for a coffee, brunch, snack! The owner is super friendly and obliging! He offered water and a sausage to my dog as soon as we sat down. Will definitely go back!

We visited on Wed 6th July to a friendly welcome. The service was attentive and the food, cooked to order, splendid and plentiful. Thomas, mine host, could have done no more and we are pleased to have re-acquainted your selves with what was always a splendid venue under the previous owner. Certainly a good place to meet and eat and we will be back when next in town.

Had a pot of tea for two, a burger and chips and my wife had omelette and chips, the meal was really delicious and plenty of it. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely come back again.

Brilliant cafe! Completely dog friendly and even a complimentary sausage cooked for the dog! Lovely clean place and a wide menu variety! Reasonably priced and fantastic service.
