I recently purchased food here. An apple tart, a wheaten farl and two sodas. Price was £6.15p I asked for a plastic bag, offered the 5p, and was told that we don't do plastic carrier bags. I asked so how do I carry a tart flat plus the 2 other items?, I was again told that we don't do plastic bags. If I'd known this I would not have spent the money . Why serve goods to the local community and not provide a bag at a cost to carry them in?. Other local bakeries provide plastic bags!.

Really disappointed to peek in this morning and see that the person serving wasn't wearing a mask. Perhaps they were still setting up and hadn't had any customers yet, but unfortunately it put me off buying any baked goods this morning. Hopefully next time!

I call in most Fridays girls are lovely friendly everything's so fresh chicken pie is amazing but the scones are super great value all fresh .
