Absolutely brilliant garage! We were up on holiday from Devon and had some issues with our Sprinter on the way up. They managed to have a look at it straight away and diagnose the problem that many other garages couldn’t and repaired it at a great price. Very friendly and helpful, really appreciate them getting us back on the road quickly. We would definitely drive back up from Devon if we had more complicated/unusual problems, they really know what they’re doing.

My experience with MS Motors was nothing short of outstanding. They were incredibly helpful and pleasant to talk to on the phone and the service they provided me was first class.I have a Mercedes Benz Sprinter that's converted into a camper van and it had some electrical issues that meant it wouldn't start. I booked my van in with them at MS and had the AA transport it over to them.They very quickly diagnosed the fault, managed my expectations on price and performed the repair work quickly. My van is actually my home so I was incredibly worried about being without our home and leaving it with an unknown business, but the team here were incredible.I cannot tell you guys how much we appreciated your help with this, it meant an enormous amount to me and my wife. You made us feel reassured that you'd take care of our home and you delivered. Thank you so much. We will 100% be back in the future, whether it's for routine MOT and servicing or other work. Rac towed my car here after breakdown, new clutch required. Next morning Mark rung me with a very acceptable price. Not expecting to see the car again for a couple of days i was astonished to receive another call later that day to say the car was ready. Fantastic service given by Mark and the team. I had a complex intermittent fault on my Mercedes. As they have Star diag computer and factory trained staff they were able to repair at a fraction of the price offered by main dealers. First time fix, loan car and amazing value. I can only recommend!
