Took appointment then had to wait half hour, didn’t even asked if I want to normal or shellac , asked 30 upfront. I wasn’t happy with my few nails and asked them to fix it. They said it’s okay okay and complete me ignored me . So rude, unprofessional and just not good at there job. Talk in their language and don’t even care what customer wants or feels. So I ended up with straw uneven nails for 30 pounds. Would not recommend or ever go back there. Good luck on o who ever uses them

Poor customer service is an absolute understatement. I have never met such rude ignorant people. They are racist and make there own rules depending on the race and appearance of a person, this place should be shut down. I was made to pay upfront, however two white ladies came in after me and not asked to pay. When I confronted them, they just act like they've done nothing wrong. More importantly, the quality of my daughters nails were horrific, she could have done better herself. My nails were not complete either as they were in a hurry to see there 'white' clients.The hygiene of this place is disgusting, I will never come back. This was actually my second time at this place, first time I received pretty much same service but chose to give them the benefit of doubt. However I was right first time round, this place is a complete waste of space, and just utter money grabbers

Had my nails done for prom here. Very good quality and the staff take extra care on how you specifically want your nails done, mine were perfect. Definitely worth the money, had them on for three weeks until the nail started coming away from the cuticle, which is normal. I would 100% recommend this nail salon.

Hasty service at same price as others. I got manicure and shellac polish done.Did a very half baked job. No patience. Completed the service in no time with several flaws. Would recommend going to another place, pay the same price for a better quality service.

i heard alot of bad reviews of this shop but when i went there 30 min wait and my nails were done within 30 min work was fast and quality was amazing will go again

I went in quite late on a Thursday, they still put me in the pedicure chair with first priority and I did not wait too long for my manicure. The technician said she will do a better job on my finger nails better next time!

Only 1 technician is really friendly, the salon is not really up to date with other nail salons around, the owner Peter on the other hand is just one rude human being who needs to take a class in customer service. Constantly making comments to young girls about he needs a new woman, the guy is hitting like 70 and these are the kind of jibes made by him. Does not really do anyones nails just in the salon being a PEST.

Lady was really nice, gave me best option for my situation and helped me throughout the process. We made small talks to keep me comfortable and did a nice job. Great value for money.

I cannot say enough about this place. So fast, so good on price, staff very experienced, quick turnaround and gets the job done. Amazing! Cannot recommend enough, I moved from this local nail shop and I still only come here! Thank you for your service! ;)

One of the older girls did my nails and before I could choose which shape I wanted she started to do her own thing and when I told her I didn't want that shape she redid the filing and filled my nails so deeply it burned and made me pay more. When I removed the fake nails my natural nails under was red and so sore. I would not recommend going there.
