Food was nice and staff friendly, nice log fire.But it was VERY noisy - loud music playing, and near us there was a table of young men talking very loudly, with lots of swearing thrown in, so I don't recommend it for a quiet evening out!

Went for a sunday roast and got to say it was very nice though one of the veg was beetroot which I hate though my wife loves it!! The portions were generous and well cooked. As for the pub itself l have got to say the staff were friendly and the ambiance was great. Well done to everyone!

My wife and I met family here for drinks and a chat.Great local pub with a very friendly landlady.We will try the food out next time we visit, and well behaved dogs are welcome.

Decent plate of food, no frills, helpful staff. Dog friendly, pool table, just a pub with food and urinals upcycled into plant pots.
