emailed for a a service on my multi fuel burner but no reply

Having had two chimney sweeps attend for a badly smoking log burning stove, I was beginning to worry that the stove would never perform properly. Tim and colleague arrived and within minutes realised it needed a new down draught cowel, and a sealant for the stove pipe. He went off and got the cowel and fixed it on the chimney, sealed the pipe , repaired the badly cracked fire bricks and swept the chimney. All very efficient , clean and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Emailed & rang for a quote no response so went elsewhere, you can't run a business like that it's the customers that will keep you in business & always first impressions count! Not impressed

Couldn't be more pleased with the stove install carried out by Tim. Having beenpreviously let down by another installer (who couldn't complete what turned out to be a slightly more complicated install) I got in touch with Tim to see if he would take on the job and after going through the details he quoted on the job. (New recessed opening, Twin wall flue install, stove install, tiled hearth.) Install was finished today as planned, absolutely brilliant job, keen eye for detail and very professional.Don't normally do reviews like this but he got our job back on track when we were really stuck. I would recommend to anyone looking for stove install work etc.

We had a great experience with Tim and his team. Quick, efficient and very customer focused. During the work Tim struck an unbeknown water pipe in a defunct back boiler. Very quickly and effectively and to his eternal credit Tim sorted the problem and continued 3 hours later to complete the chimney work at 7.00pm. I would highly recommend Tim
