Recently purchased a car from the guys at Greenacre cars and it’s safe to say it’s been the most pleasant experience I’ve had when purchasing a new car. They certainly put the big name dealers to shame. Lovely customer service, respectful and knowledgeable. They aren’t at all pushy and very accommodating no matter your circumstances which makes the whole process of buying a new car very simple and smooth. I thoroughly recommend them if you looking to get a new car. Will definitely keep them in mind when it comes to the time to get another car.

Paid for warranty when I bought the car, a few months later I needed fuel injectors replaced and called to use my warranty. The company said there was no warranty under my name or vehicle. I called Greenacres and they said they would backdate the service so clearly lied about it having warranty! Three years down the line and I’ve had very expensive problems every couple months since buying it. Very unreliable.

I bought a used Mercedes B class from Greenacre Cars last weekend after reserving the week before. Norman was brilliant, upfront and very accommodating. Everything that was promised he delivered and the valet and presentation of the car was excellent on day of pickup. Would definitely buy another car from Greenacre again.

Really happy with my remote buying experience through Greenacre. I saw a vehicle I liked online, at a great price, but live in North Yorkshire and so was not able to view the car. Kaz is a great communicator and sent me all the pictures and videos I asked for. A price for delivery was agreed and Norman delivered the car.
