Avoid this Company and provider at all costs,Without all details to remain civil,This was for a course to go alongside employment,No support,No communication,Tutors having little to no knowledge of subject,Cancelled phone interviews,Came onsite about twice,Tutors leaving, patronising Hierarchy,Emails rarely if any time replied to,And finally after i basically still done the work myself in my own time no support just gave it ago, i get removed from the course via an email literally three weeks ago after hearing nothing from them, and told my time had passed as during the height of Covid when everywhere was shut(not my place of work)i should have had my work done(ignoring all that was uploaded to the onefile i had apparently made no effort to engage..from the comapny who spoke maybe twice to me in the whole time)and test completed.....How by Magic maybe .. well i guess they enjoyed the free money they got for nothing well done

the place overall itself is great and the students there are absolutely lovely and most the staff ive met are too! however, there's this one worker who i think is named carly, for a place that's claimed to try help support my autism and other people's needs - this one worker has completely disrespected that. my friend, who will remain unnamed for privacy reasons, needed help as they were having a really stressful moment and they asked me to come outside with them because they needed someone with them. i would've thought this would've been allowed as its just basic moral support and if someone needs someone else to help calm down and feel better then id expect that to be the bare minimal respect we'd be allowed to have. we made sure with our fellow classmates were okay with us leaving for a few minutes to compose ourself they were okay with that and so we left to get my friend some fresh air. carly comes out with a disgusting attitude saying its not breaktime and that we shouldn't be out of lesson, i would've been fine with that but it became apparent that she wasn't going to let us explain our situation. she told me to go back in and practically demanded me to leave my friend when i was extremely worried for their wellbeing. even after going in her disgusting attitude to us both didn't change, she was disrespectful to us both and how we cope with our autism. i tend to draw to help me get my work done as doodling during work helps me take my mind off of the class around me and helps me focus, albeit i would be focusing on both work and doodling but it's one of the only ways i can get my work done. when me and said friend were talking and working she assumed we weren't doing anything when we had done half of the writing for our group project while our other 2 helpers cut and stuck things in. everyone had an equal amount of work done by the end of the project, and she still assumed we didn't help and stayed very biased towards us both.. she made me not want to come back and she ruined my first 2 days in with just how disrespectful she was towards our coping mechanisms and needs. absolutely horrible woman, never been so uncomfortable in my life. she is the one entire reason this review is 2 stars as she made it so unbearable and difficult to be in the building as her.

College has great people and workers there, however there are are some such as Carly there, who have displayed a complete indifferent and disrespectful view and treatment towards some of the autistic students that go to total people. This behaviour should not be accepted, especially at a place that is supposed to have a safe haven for people, and it is made worse by the fact that this abuse is targeted at the more mentally challenged students.
