Got two pioneer 800's serviced and both the cue buttons repaired last April as a present for a friend's 21st at the cost of £128. The decks had been used a handful of times and the other day one of the cue buttons stopped working completely.I got back in touch with sbs audio and explained the situation and said they had barely been used, and would it be possible to take a look at the cue button as we had a full service 9 months ago and paid extra for both cue buttons repairing fully.I expected a response along the lines of 'Yeah bring it along and we'll open her up and take a quick look, it could be something simple or a mistake we've made' but unfortunately the response I got was.....'We have a three month warranty on all repairs, so it does not sound like we can repair it with no charge, however we can offer a discounted rate since you have serviced with us before recently.It sounds like the cue tactile just needs replacing, we usually charge £58 for that repair, or £60 for the full service, but if that is the case, we can do it for you for just £42.We do however recommend you get your units serviced once every 6-12 months though, so it might be better just to bring your two decks in for a service again as that only works out at £50 per unit when you bring in more than one'So the work they described above had done In April and basically they are saying it all needs doing again after such minimal use! To be honest even if they had been used for a few hours every day, id expect the decks to not need a service or repair for a couple of years.So I would definitely not recommend this company to service your equipment, especially after 3 months regardless of what you get done your on your own.For a small company you normally expect a more human response and personal service, but the response from them to my problem was like from a big multi-national company who couldn't care less about you.Thanks for nothing sbs audio! Use another company if you don't want problems like mine.

Took my technics 1200s in for a full service. Got them back within a week. Had a problem with the anti skate but they told me to bring them back in and he'd sort it free of charge.More than happy with them now. Would definitely use them again.

They list all Pioneer spare parts as in stock even though they don't actually have them. Twice this has happened to me, you'll be sitting waiting for something to arrive and it won't. They'll then phone to say can you wait weeks whilst they go and procure the parts. Avoid!

Hired a Yamaha PA system for a gig, they were super accommodating to what I needed and flexible. Good £ for value, and relatively easy!

No problems in securing my repair. Tamil is an excellent ambassador and his advice very helped. The job was done at a fair price and my whole experience was painless. I would both recommend SBS and use them again myself.

My Rode Rodecaster pro audio jack snapped and Luckily had it repaired same day. The customer services was excellent I received an update by email on the progress of the repair. Very reliable fast and easy experience.

Sent mixer in for repair. Took several attempts back and forth for the repair to be acceptable. To their credit they didn’t make any fuss and paid for the subsequent postage costs.

Had my son's Pioneer DJ controllers repaired, services and tested by SBS Audio. Just found them off the internet, local to where I live - did what it said on the tin really. All very straight forward at a reasonable cost considering their value.

Very helpful company with good communication, I had a pioneer djm900nxs serviced and had some worn buttons replaced and now it's working perfectly. I am pleased to say this was done at a very reasonable rate and was expertly done. I would certainly recommend this company if you have need of service or repair of any musical equipment.
