E Cigarette Outlet Lincoln

Was in town for a short visit and ran out of juice so popped in. Found the staff very helpful, plenty of juice to choose from and reasonably priced. Also lots of hardware on sale here. All round good experience, would come here again if and when I'm in town.

What a pleasant & helpful guy. I only bought a £3.50 glass tank but you'd have thought I'd spent £350 ✅ I'll go again.Good service .

I’ve been looking for the right vape shop for 6 months.After finding this store I have to say I’m very happy.If your new to vaping or looking for the right flavour then visit this store.The staff are very helpful and answered any questions I asked

called shop to see if they had a tank for my vapito wall crawler kit (chap that answered phone didn't know what one was (fair enough) but at the suggestion that he checked it out if i gave him the spelling to see if he had any suitable tanks to fit it he said he couldnt.he said the best bet was to bring it in.i said i lived a way out so was ringing round shop's first to find some where that had somthing .he laughed and we ended the conversation on a polite tip as it was all the way through (i gave one star for politeness...i then rang another shop and the chap there hadn't heard of it either but he checked it out online and found a tank in his store that would fit and he's put it aside for me.moral of the story? customer service is king!

Only place I go for my vape juice I have been for years. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good place with good prices and quality vape juice I would make this my one and only place to go

the man at the counter was so rude. like i walked in not even a hello and him and this other guy was having a loud conversation so i was being polite and waiting for them to finish talking, they didn’t and i was waiting to be served as i has a question, i was standing there for few minutes making me feel like a idiot so i had to interrupt otherwise i would’ve been waiting all day and i asked my question. the way the man spoke to me was disgusting like the tone was it like if you have a customer in the store simple acknowledgment when they’re stood at the counter directly in front of you would be nice.work on your customer service man.

Terrible juice, poor quality, ripped my throat to bits and it's the same liquid as I always get but from e cigarette outlet. Didnt have the most basic coils in stock and the lad said they dont stock anything like it (smok) Deffinatly not recommended. I would recommend a more up to date shop. I went back to tell them that something isnt right and they wasnt bothered. They have lost a customer (me)

Best vape shop in Lincoln by a mile, 2 lads who work there always provide amazing service and answer any questions asked. Went in to by my partner her first vape to get her off disposables and the guy new exactly what I needed and now it won’t leave her mouth

My go to vape shop in Lincs, always have the right coils, replacement parts and good liquid choice. The 2 guys working there provide great customer service, delivering a pleasant shopping experience

This is an excellent place to buy anything vape related. The guys are always happy to help and they know their stuff. I was going to buy the wrong type of liquid for one of my Vapes once, and they advised me a different liquid because of the type of vape I have. They have everything you could possibly need. The selection of liquids is great. It’s sometimes difficult to spot the liquid you want because there is so much selection, but if you ask one of the guys they will point out for you. It’s the only vape shop I go to, and I refuse to go to any others.
