If I could rate 0 I would. Steer well clear ..from turning up with front windscreen instead of rear to losing the rear window brake light and to not clearing maim frame of boot free of glass *which means everytime I brake or pull away u hear glass rattling around then we u have the audacity to complain u get constantly fobbed off and totally ignored ...the worst customer experience I have encountered I have encountered in any I've had in my life ...do yourself a favour look elsewhere"

Autoglass were unable to calibrate my windscreen, and only managed on the 3rd visit. I found this unacceptable, especially as I live 25 miles from centre, and there was nowhere for customers to sit, and wait. I had to visit on 3 occasions, meaning a total of 150 miles. I find it hard to believe that a large company, such as yourselves, have not got a room for their customers to wait, whilst work is done. I had to wait in the local Premier Inn. I would not recommend this company.

Don't buy the wiper blades as twice as much as you can get them yourself. They use Bosh blades.

Basically , two large portocabins in a car park. The HUGE downfall of using this branch is that it is situated in a large industrial estate. There is NO WAITING area for customers. There is a small cafe on the industrial estate, but you would need to ask the location or Google beforehand as it's not obvious. It's a grim wait, killing two hours. In retrospect, I would have gone for another branch .The window fitting was absolutely fine and the staff were very pleasent...they directed me to the cafe ...

Great helpful staff, but basically 2 portacabins, no toilets and only a small room (a box) to sit in. It is heated and comfortable and a local very small cafe nearby for an expensive coffee. Take your flask and some butties and sit in the small waiting room while your screen is repaired or replaced.

Had to have the complete windscreen replaced unfortunately, however the chap at Autoglass made it stress free and simple. Car had been booked in and ready to drive 3 hours later. Totally satisfied with the work.

AUTOGLASS were quick, concise and very professional in their approach to fixing my windscreen issue. The friendly and knowledgable Technician spotted a second chip and made sure my needs were put first as a priority. Highly recommend this service, will use again in the future.
