Only giving 3 stars due to some unhelpful staff. Ironically the Polish staff are superior. The problem lies with the locals". Pity. Doesn't seem to matter how many times you explain your requirement they just don't get it. The manager is great though

Great place to sit and read or meet up with friends. Wasn't busy on a weekday morning and more than enough available seating. The big windows also make for some decent lighting. The reason for the three stars is due to the coffee itself not being some I drank more because I paid for it than because I was enjoying it. This could be a fluke and I'd give them another go but I was surprised it wasn't better.

Spacious inside for seats. right on the main street and car parking located at the back. just make sure you put in you registration in to avoid a petty fine from ncp. Staff are pleasant and helpful and just add to community feel.

The staff are world class! Go above and beyond for everyone but management have to get a grip. The shop is obviously struggling financially, as the girl on counter said she was herself and hours had been cut. Unfortunately this isn’t the correct way to save the shop. I won’t be back due to long waits caused by only one member of staff being in.Cutting your staff is counter productive as customers will go elsewhere now like myself. During our visit there was at least 10 people all waiting over 20 mins

Agree with the previous review - not enough staff. Was in around 9.30 and the young lady on the counter was on her own and attempting to deal with a queue of customers and online orders. Despite the obvious pressure she was under that she was friendly and courteous

I came in for coffee for a few people. I was served very quickly everyone was lovely the person who made my coffee even started making it before the other girl put it through till so. It meant after I'd paid it was pretty much ready.
