Really good. Sorted my AC on Audi A3z Miles cheaper than anything nearby. Were able to do it while I waited. Bringing a classic car into them soon for full service.

Really, really poor service by this garage. Lack of knowledge of a 3.5 yr old Nissan qashqai and poor communication.They were unable to detect the fault with my qashqai. They Replaced 1 part, a master cylinder at cost of £150, then a total lack of communication and knowledge of what to do next.I had to have my car removed from them and fixed at another garage who easily detected a faulty slave chamber ( not a costly flywheel as daves auto services suggested) the new garaged repaired the fault easily.I would never recommend this place.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this service. I went there for an AC problem. They charged me 60£ for diagnostic. Booked me a couple of day distance in the morning to replace the AC compressor. Text morning they were too busy and called me back in the afternoon. Left it for two hours and still didn’t fix it. When I saw the car it had a few scratches on the back wing. Checked it on the camera and they said they will fix it. I left it for another day, came back and AC problem still there and they argued that the scratch was older. Worse experience I ever had. Ended up going to another place and they fixed it in an hour and the AC compressor was actually working, had a different problem. So basically they charged me 60£ to scratch my car.Not sure how to respond to your reply so I just edited my review. You checked the cctv and see your employee scratched it on the ramp. After that assured me it was your fault and you will fix the scratch You just decided to change your mind after spend one day on my car and couldn’t fix the AC. And don’t try make it like it's about how I felt, it's not about my feelings, it’s about your appalling services and unwillingness to have responsibilities for your mistakes. At least have some dignity and share some apologies.

Had a full service at the garage a month ago, left my car with Dave for a week, as agreed, serviced, new part fitted, car needed another part for gearbox, was told I would have quotes for the part. No quotes, have contacted Dave via email, WhatsApp, messages, last week (a month after my service has been done) I was told he would chase up the quotes and get back to me…. Seven days later and another unanswered message and nothing.Included in the service was tyre pressures and screenwash, neither which were done. Car is now booked in for another service because who knows what else was missed and it’s repair elsewhere after a month of waiting. Very disappointed considering Dave is so highly recommended, was not given an explanation on lack of contact or quotes nor when asked was I provided with the name of the part so I could source it myself and have it fitted.I understand the garage is very busy but the lack of customer care is sad. And missing routine work out on a service is inexcusable. Hence a new service elsewhere because who knows what else was not completed.

Very friendly, helpful, honest and efficient service. Always happy to help and give advice when needed. Definitely will be using again. Very happy customer

Brilliant staff I was broken down and no other garage were prepared to fit me in, Dave said come down I will get you back in the road, he couldn't get the necessary part until the following day however he did give me a lone car to allow me to get about until my campervan was fixed. Can not praise him and his staff enough.

A few Saturdays ago I attempted to drive and my clutch wouldn’t shift into gear. I called a number of garages in Cheltenham but nobody was willing to help me. That’s when I called Dave’s auto services who were more than happy to help me. He talked me through everything so I knew exactly what was going on. He was so reliable that after my clutch was fixed I asked him to service my car. I would definitely recommend going to Dave if you have any car issues!

When visiting Daves auto services i was a bit worries as i have have used another garage before and i was charged for work that wasn’t carried out. I was stepped through the whole process and was also given the option to use the curtesy car or to stay and observed to make sure that i felt more at ease. The work was carried out and full paperwork supplied.I would highly recommend to anyone that is in need of any work being done.
