Accessible Facilities. If the weathers suitable it’s an Excellent Location to take in the atmosphere outside in the restaurants comfortable “garden” area of this busy London Tourist hub .Service First class. Food was well presented with some thought put into the menu with a different take on old favourites.

We had a lovely experience and the service was outstanding. The steak was the best I ever hard in a long time. I would totally recommend this place to everyone. A tip to book before you go as it is popular. The staff were very helpful as we were going to the theatre after the meal, they also were on the ball and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for an outstanding meal.

We had an amazing time grilling our own meat – the food was beyond delicious! We ordered shoestring fries, but we got a regular-looking fries apart from that, the food was delicious.AND SHOUTOUt to Fidan. Fidan's service was outstanding; from the moment we stepped in, he was incredibly patient and attentive. His drink recommendations were spot-o! Thank you!

We have been going here over a number of years, where as this restaurant used do mainly steak on hot rocks, they are now in the minority.I understand that business needs may require some adjustments but they have completely altered theirs.We were able to make use of their lunch time menu, rather than their full evening menu.While we enjoyed what we had, the cost and options probably limit our desire to return.The 12.5% service charge is a bit steep, no mention if it was optional or even identified as applied.

Great sirloin steak, thick and juicy. Decided this time to avoid the self cook option, it was too much hassle last time. Chips were fantastic too. Sticky toffee pudding was OK. Service was nice and friendly.

Location is great, and probably justifies the higher prices on the menu. Has a full halal menu and staff are very friendly as they greet you at the door.But it was let down by the tiny portion sizes (the chicken schnitzel was “leaves you hungry” kind of size), everything being extra on top of an expensive steak (sauce, sides) and service (waitress didn’t know approximately how long it would take to cook a steak).Felt it wasn’t great value.

We stopped in for a quick bit… food was actually not to bad… the ribs were quite tense with a lite dressing. The bass was quite fresh , however lacked just a little flavor… still pretty good however.

The member of staff are very friendly.Wheelchair accessible.I ordered cheese and vegetables for start, rib eye on stone for the main course.The cheese appetizer is delicious, with walnuts and peanuts in it.It is worth mentioning that all the waiters are friendly and welcoming. Due to my medical condition, it was difficult for me to cut the steak, and a waiter helped me cut it.Desserts are average.Thank you so much for providing outstanding service.Bencent
