Really impressed with Cozy Heat and would recommend to others. They installed a new boiler and water cylinder for us. Also recommended we got smart thermostats on all radiators and so pleased we went with their advice. Seemed reasonably priced and very professional

Original post: Disappointing to deal with. Paid for a gas fire service, which failed. The engineer (Robert) was supposed to do a chimney sweep and repeat safety test.However, he completely ignored messages and efforts to arrange when telephoned. Business must be amazing if you afford to ignore customers chasing you repeatedly to get work completed.Additional comment after seeing response from company: What an appallling and unprofessional reply. I was offered additional services by Robert, so the idea I was trying to ask for something on the sly is way off the mark. I also did not hang up on anyone, but did get lots of missed calls and a voicemail. I can see you do not respond well to feedback, judging from your response to others. Do better.Final update: (downgraded to one star) I have received a total of four emails, one voicemail, and the reply below from this company, because I left an honest opinion above. I asked them to cease communications, but it still kept coming. The last email sent to me pasted my own business website, not relevant to any of the above, which seemed to be a threat re: leaving negative reviews. Really extraordinary! Apparently I am going to be sued for defamation.

Excellent service. Puts others to shame. Really good price and the engineer was super helpful. Even took his shoes off before he came in!! Thank you cozyheat

Booked in for a tap fix 16th of September. The work was finally completed November 17th. For two full months we had no running water in the kitchen.The only reason we had stayed with the company was that the first plumber had told us that due to the fact he couldn't fix the issue (and was inside our home for under 5 minutes!) the funds we had paid would be carried forward to our follow up appointment.We were guided to buy a tap from Cozy Heat (a cheap thing with poor build quality that cost a further £46) and then when they came to fit were told to shell out for another £72!After complaining about the difficulties of having to wait 2 months without water in the kitchen, under the expectation we had no further fee, they knocked £10 of the second bill.I spent £180, and waited two months without water in the kitchen all for a tap that we were told by the installing plumber was of poor build quality. I deeply regret choosing Cozy Heat, if I had spent a bit of extra time I could likely have found the details of one of the independant contractors they actually sent out.My advice is to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs, we've been incredibly disappointed by the service we received for the cost that we paid.Their one saving grace was that Rob (the independant plumber they contracted for the work) was lovely, very helpful, and did a quick and professional job. I'll be looking him up if there's any further work I need done.

Very helpful and efficient ( even on Christmas Eve when I phoned in a complete panic). Excellent customer service even 2 years on from installation. I would highly recommend Cozy heat and plumbing.

Fantastic service from everyone at Cozy Heat. Very fast and friendly response to my enquiry followed by service of our gas boiler in the next couple of days.The engineer we had was a very knowledgeable and professional gent. Our heating has never worked that great, house is warm within minutes of switching boiler on, we will probably save some money on gas because of the efficiency.It just feels so safe having it serviced. I had a new combi boiler installed by Cozy Heat. The price was very competitive and they were great to deal with, especially Stacie. Peter did a great, professional job and left my kitchen spotless when he finished. Would definitely recommend Cozy Heat to anyone looking to get a new boiler installed.

Our initial contact with the company was through Graeme and Stacie who showed so much professionalism and customer care throughout. We must commend their help and expertise in the design process of our new bathroom. We also cannot praise highly enough Ben and Kevin, the bathroom installers, who were really dedicated and worked so hard, paying great attention to detail and care in all their workmanship. We are delighted with the final result and sincerely thank everyone concerned for your professional, smooth running and friendly service. This is the second time we have used Cozyheat as they previously refurbished our downstairs cloakroom. We were so impressed we had no hesitation in using them again. We had a new hot water cylinder fitted by Cozy Heat. The advice from Graham was excellent and it was professionally fitted even with the running of new pipes you wouldn’t know they had been in our house so tidy. We have piping hot water with pressure. Contacted Cozy heat to service boiler as they always provide an excellentSteven was extremely polite; prompt and professional. He was extremely thorough and recommended small tips to reduce costs which was very helpful.There is an intermittent fault so i arranged a repair. Scott came out, he was so helpful and explained everything, checked it is safe to use. Stacey contacted me to say it needs several parts and pointed me in the direction of Ideal logic as they offer a fixed price deal if there are several parts required.I am astounded, this company are one extremely honest company !!Thanks to a wonderful team at Cozy Heat
