Can’t reccomend enough. Daniel deathers is fantastic. We got the cheapest quote from these solicitors compared to the local ones and I can’t complain about anything. He responded so quickly and although we had problems with the other solicitors and target (help to buy) he kept us in the loop as all times, keeping us reassured and making sure it still ran to a time scale. He was very friendly and the staff in the office were also lovely. Thanks for making our move stress free.

Sharon and Donna with Solent Property Lawyers provide an excellent service. I purchased my first property with them, and at every step they offered explanations for all my queries, and they went through everything with me. The reception was always available when needed, and everyone was extremely professional and efficient.There was a post-purchase issue unrelated to SPL, but they were still incredibly helpful and assisted me in solving the issue, even though we have already concluded the contract.I will always recommend this company to anyone buying or selling a property in the area. I have used Joanne and her team for over 10 years now for various house purchases / sales and every time Solent Property Lawyers exceeds expectations. They are incredibly efficient, responsive and good value. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I have used other conveyancers in the past but none come close to Jo and her team.
