We recently bought a Peplink LTE system from SimpliWiFi. The whole experience from our initial phone call through to delivery of our unit was faultless. All of the calls we made were answered by members of a polite and courteous team who were incredibly knowledgeable.Like any new piece of kit, there were questions that needed answering and to some degree we needed some hand holding to get going. The after sales service was faultless.The real time remote monitoring and telephone support for when we are streaming live from anywhere in the UK is such a reassurance. Top marks to Ozan and the team from SimpliWiFi.

I don't know where to begin. I've ordered a router from their website towards the end of August because I needed it for a time sensitive project and their website had a 'same day dispatch' message as well as allowed for next day delivery.5 days later and couple of unsuccessful tries to get anyone on the phone even after leaving a message as well as waiting for 40 minutes on their web chat I've decided to send an email and request a refund as I've lost all trust that they will be able to complete my order.I've got a response to my email that they are running a day behind because of the bank holiday (30th August) and that my order will be dispatched today (2nd September) and received by me tomorrow (3rd September).Next day came in, I did not receive my router, the order was still in 'processing' and I've emailed them again asking for a refund unless they are able to make the delivery by Saturday (4th September) at the latest because I need it for a time sensitive project and if they can't deliver I would at least able to order the router from another supplier.I did not get any other responses via email so I've tried calling them twice yesterday (6th September) as well as stayed in their web chat for an hour waiting to get someone to cancel my order to no avail.I've sent them yet another email requesting a refund for the 3rd time but do not expect of getting a response to it either, so while I am preparing the screenshots and emails as evidence for the payment dispute I am going to raise with my bank I've decided to also write this review so hopefully nobody else will get burned by this company.
