Northumberland Glass were recommended by friends and neighbours and for good reason.The service given by Abi and the team has been superb.Gave excellent advice when choosing replacement front door and bi-folds for my elderly mums property. They were very clear regarding installation schedule and kept us informed at all stages.The installation team were very polite, efficient and respectful of the property. The quality of finish is faultless and the guys kept everything clean and tidy throughout… and even hoovered up before they left!Has completely transformed my mums home and will last for many years to come.Cannot praise them enough, would thoroughly recommend.

First class service from initial phone call to completion. Removed 2 sets of sliding patio doors that had be leaking for some time, removed and renewed floor and fitted French doors. The guys were 100% reliable, professional and the standard of workmanship is just fantastic. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Excellent service. They replaced all my windows and external doors and it's transformed the house. Looks brilliant. Plus, when a situation arose that the door locks needed replacing, it was all done within the same day.

We needed a couple of window units to be replaced. After measuring and waiting for the production time, install work was completed really quickly and was cleaned up after so well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any windows to be replaced.

We have used Northumberland Glass several times and every time they have been extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. This is a local company that uses their own staff (not sub-contractors) and will not rip you off.When it comes to bigger jobs that need doing such as our windows or doors that need replacing we will be using them without question.Fabulous company and fabulous people!

The whole Northumberland Glass team were fantastic throughout, from initial advice and survey, through keeping me informed during manufacture and agreeing a suitable installation date. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and we are delighted with our new windows!

Shaun, Abbie and the fantastic fitting team were great from beginning to end. I had a new porch and kitchen window fitted. Shaun listened to what I required and made other suggestions so I ended up with exactly the product that I wanted.Lovely job with quality materials, very tidy professional fitting. I had a minor problem afterwards, super speedy response from Abbie and Shaun. He was out to look within a half hour of my email and it was fixed by the next day. Good after service is something that is hard to come by so I was very pleased to have such a good experience.I will be using them again and would not hesitate to recommend them. All in all a great friendly service from this family firm from start to finish.

Very pleased with the service Northumberland Glass offered. The replacement patio glass and repair to frame was carried out efficiently with no mess and at a reasonable price. Will certainly recommend .
