Highly Recommend7 weeks ago after years of being unhappy with myself I finally plucked up the courage to join F4L and it was the best decision I could have made. I was so nervous about being unfit but after a consultation with Tom he made me feel at ease and assigned me to Lauren. From our first session Lauren has been amazing taking her time to explain and show me the right way of doing things and encouraging me when I think I can’t do it.I lost 7lb in the first few weeks and several inches too and my body shape has totally changed. I actually look forward to going to my sessions. Thanks to Lauren I’m on track to be fit at 50 and feeling confident in a bikini for the first time in years.

Joining Fit4Life has changed my perspective towards training and eating completely. Ben has motivated me to push myself more than I ever thought I would and I’m really happy with my results! I cannot thank Lauren and Tom enough!Fit4Life has changed my perspective on not only my fitness but also my heath. I was constantly making bad food choices and wondering why I couldn't shift the weight. Tom has taught me how to make healthier choices when eating and how to balance my diet. He has also shown me how to live a healthy lifestyle and that dieting doesn't need to be restrictive.I have never been comfortable exercising so have always made excuses not to go. On my first session with Lauren, I instantly felt at ease. She is a very sweet, friendly trainer. She is absolutely amazing at her job and I couldn't wish for a better trainer. She cares about her clients and has pushed me to limits I had no idea I could go to. Lauren's sessions are challenging and fun, even when I feel like I cannot do anymore, Lauren always proves me wrong...I no longer fear going to the gym or excising and I am starting to feel comfortable enough work outside of my PT sessions, which is amazing!Without Lauren's support in training I would never have been able to achieve the things I have in such a short time frame.I am incredibly grateful for Lauren and Tom's constant support, even when I have struggled they were always happy to help. If you are debating on whether or not to get a PT, I would 100% recommend Fit4Life.The team as a whole are very lovely and make you feel comfortable from day dot!

I joined the Fit4Life 6 week challenge after having a baby and feeling completely clueless with getting back into healthy eating and fitness and it’s honestly the best thing I’ve done for myself!After an Initial consultation with Tom I felt at ease and was excited to get started. The way nutrition was explained made it feel manageable and it fitted into every day life. Having 3 sessions a week to attend from numerous classes also made it manageable and took any feelings of guilt away from not training enough.All the trainers make you feel super comfortable at their classes and encourage you to push yourself in the best way. The classes are fun and I always find myself looking forward to the next one.I was amazed with the results that I have achieved in the six weeks in my appearance as well as my fitness and also feel so much healthier mentally. I am excited to carry on with the fit4life team post the 6 week challenge to reach my long term goals.

I have been training with Sophie for nearly 2 years now, and always enjoy the sessions. She is great at motivating me and is very knowledgeable! She is happy to adapt exercises that I worry about due to a back condition and I never thought I would be able to do some of the exercises I now do!She always listens to what goals I want to achieve and we work towards them, seeing excellent results. I am definitely more content in myself and she has made me realise that the scales do not tell the whole story.I highly recommend training with Sophie, she brings nothing but positivity and has helped me achieve my goals and continues to do so!

I had my first PT session at Fit4Life one year ago to the day and haven’t looked back since! Before I started I didn’t have much gym experience at all, but the Fit4Life team and my personal trainer Ben has shown me that anyone can get into fitness with hard work and dedication. Ben has been a great mentor for keeping me on track even in times where I’ve needed that extra little boost!One year on and being in lockdown hasn’t stopped the team from being an elite group of professional training and nutritional coaches. Creating a support group for their clients, sharing 3 workout videos a week and offering 1 on 1 Zoom interaction means I can still get those weekly sessions in which has helped me keep motivated in the current uncertain times.Hats off to the whole Fit4Life team and all the work and effort they put in to keeping their clients happy and motivated and thank you to Ben who has pushed me at every hurdle to get me to where I want to be!

As somebody who has never owned a gym membership, I am amazed at the quick impact that Fit4Life has had on my motivation to get fit & healthy, as well as the enjoyment we get from each session. Ben is great to work with, always challenging you to do the best that you can do, to be the best that you can be & this is reflected in our measurements. The rest of the team are always welcoming and friendly too. So glad we chose to go to Ben & the team for our 1:4 sessions, thank you!

I have been training with Tom for almost 3 months now and couldn’t recommend him & Fit4Life enough! His knowledge and expertise are exceptional and are not limited to fitness alone but also nutrition. He carefully and successfully guided me through a reverse dieting process to kick start my metabolism again whilst continuing to train and make progress each week. Training was always challenging but within my ability so as to ensure consistent progress each week whilst avoiding any risk of injury. Tom always encouraged client accountability which helped me stay on track each week so as to achieve my goals in the long run. All in all a wonderful coach and a fantastic support network!

I’ve been training with Sophie for more than a year now and feel very comfortable and stronger lifting weight and doing strength training. She is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start this program. I am pleased with my progress over a year and feel assured that with her continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.
