Joined millennium in 2018 as a raw novice with only 2 fights experience.In the time I was at millennium until my departure in 2022 I became a high skilled fighter with help from Tony. In the short space of 4 years I was there I fought some high opposition and was even given the opportunity to fight on Muay Thai Grand Prix which is held in the O2 Arena in London.Again this is all through Tony, he is a terrific coach and has helped me in and out of the gym even assisting me in my personal life.I ultimately fell out of love with the sport of K1 and I decided to purse MMA as I’ve always wanted to do that but I will never cut my ties with Tony or millennium. Because of him I have been able to establish my own business in the personal training industry through the years of quality coaching and advice he has given me.Tony is a great coach, arguably one of the best in the north east if not the UK. He is a great mentor and a great friend.I can’t recommend millennium enough to anyone who is looking into pursuing fighting as a career or to even make a change in their lifestyle and become fitter.Whatever your choice may be you will not be pressured into fighting.From a small gym in Blyth, he has taken fighters to the highest level of kickboxing in the world and no doubt he will continue to do so.

The best gym and best atmosphere, regardless of age or ability. Happily turn up, without knowing anybody, or have any previous experience and you get the same respect and treatment as if you’ve been training all your life. Knowledge is great, facilities and coaches and training partners are equally as good. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this gym highly enough

If I could give a higher rating I would. Brilliant set up and a great community feel. Everyone is made to feel welcome and all levels catered for. My son has been attending the Dragon classes (youngest age group) for 2 years and it is the only activity we have got him to stick at. Tony is a font of knowledge and great with the kids and you can also buy Kickboxing related products and Millenium branded attire in the shop, all good quality and reasonably priced.

Fantastic family like gym, both my sons having been going for years and they both absolutely love it. Not only do they learn kickboxing/boxing and improve their fitness but it's also a safe place where kids can be kids and every single one of them comes out with a smile on there face. Millennium has also produced some highly skilled fighters who have fought on top shows and it shows the type of place that these fighters along with the staff always have time for anyone no matter age or ability.

Took my 9 year old to join who has tourettes and little confidence after years of bullying. Don't know what they taught him in one lesson but he came out like a different child full of confidence and can't wait to go back. He has some learning difficulties but remembered all the names of the moves they taught him and I'm looking forward to seeing how much they can bring out of him thank you holly and millennium for helping a little boy more than you can possibly know
