Always great service.

I visited on the 30th of October and was greeted by 2 workers and one other customer in a surprisingly large salon. I was glad to see that there was ample room to sit and hang up your coat. Both workers were wearing face shields and it was very easy to do a check-in through the NHS Test and Trace app as they had plastered their QR code all across the front door making it impossible to miss! Their online booking system was very easy to use and they were quick to contact me if I had to reschedule my appointment.I was told that my hair appointment could take an hour but I instead experienced what was probably the shortest haircut of my life, it was all done in about 35 minutes with a cut and blowdry despite the fact that I needed around 8 inches of hair removed. (I didn't feel rushed though.)Wendy worked on my hair and was very energetic and eager for me to try something new, in this case introducing layers to my hair. It was a very enjoyable experience as they had no hesitancy about cutting my hair so drastically and did so efficiently but with enough conversation as to not be awkward. One thing I will say is that my hair looks slightly choppy.
