Emsleys have sold our house and it just so happened that they were also marketing the house we are hopefully shortly to purchase. Having viewed many houses and spoken to many agents, Emsleys have by far been the most pleasant and caring of all. Every interaction I have had with the staff at this office has been fantastic and the service is exceptional.

We listed with Emsleys in the start of the year when the market was challenging, they have use the most realistic valuation and timescales, which is why we chose them. Throughout the listing and sale process they were incredibly communicative, helpful and able to handle any enquiries, as well as help with chasing anything needed from our buyers and solicitors. Would highly recommend anyone using them in the area.

She offered valuable advise both before we engaged Emsleys and after.2 Viewings on day after we went live. Offer received the following day. Emsleys were not able to staff the viewings and I had to perform both.They had to do very little work to earn there fee.Lisa and Amber were available to answer queries through out the Sale process. There help was especially appreciated whilst we were in Canada and had to deal with specific buyer concerns.The ProoertyFile website portal to see Sales Progression is a good idea but let down by poor execution. Often updates would only occur on Seller side when we provided the office with an update. The Buyers Progression updates were even slower. The day before Completion, only 12 of 18 steps were showing as done.A knowledgeable, professional and friendly Garforth team helped our house sale progress with few issues. Recommended.
