They turned up at 7am to fill a hole on a quiet residential street, it was still dark outside. You could tell the workmen felt bad about it as they were gingerly using their hammer. It wasn't urgent as it had been open for days.Incredibly loud chainsaw noise couldn't be avoided though, seemed kind of insane that these works were happening before the recommended 8am. No fault of the workers, just the company breaking local noise laws for their own gain.Selfish company

Absolutely horrendous company! A job they said would take a few days, 3 weeks later and they haven’t finished the job, they haven’t even been to the property in nearly 2 weeks! A man hole that is for sewage left open on my drive! I have a young child! You can not speak to anyone, southern water will not give direct numbers out! I’ve called them 4 times now! Disgusting service!

Installing an anti surge device in the main road outside of my property. Turn up on day one with no road signage etc as the road has to be closed, good start, one days work lost.Day two, arrive at 09:45 dig hole, then depart at 13:45. Day three, same timings as day two, but actually made some progress, depart again at 13:45.Day four, fill in hole, watch concrete dry & depart 11:45 leaving the road still closed when the job should have been finished by that date, update on work completion now extended to 03/07/23.03/07/23 arrive at 09:25, take down Heras fencing & lay some tarmac, followed by two hour break sitting in van doing nothing ( presumably watching tarmac dry ? ) Still more tarmac to be laid, but when that will happen God only knows ?If the crews were on performance related pay, they'd have a bill at the end of the month rather than wages, so much time wasted when the job could have been done within the original time frame.

Awful experience. 9 months our drains have been broken for. Promised works will take up to 2 months to do. In month 4 now and just get texts everyday saying they are coming out the next day but never do. I understand other priority jobs but after 9 months of not being able to use our only toilet a lot of the time, when will we be prioritised. Southern water need to pick a better contractor than cappagh browne to undertake their work. This system does not work.

A man from this company showed up uninvited in my back garden, didn't inform any residents what he was doing, then stole the bungee chord that we use to keep the back gate shut in the wind. Now I'm going to be kept up all night by the gate slamming against the wall. Tried to find a complaints page on the website, but the whole thing appears to have been deleted. I think this is just a front for burglars.
