just went in for a trim, excellent service & lovely staff. i was serviced by billie & i would 100% recommend her. was told she was a junior stylist, but had i not been told i’d have been completely unaware. she was lovely, chatty, professional and i left feeling so much happier with the condition of my hair. thank you!! x

Asked for a re style and came out with just a shorter version of my hair. Went to book another appointment and spoke to the stylist who cut my hair. Explained what I didn't like and she said 'it was like that when you came in'. Excuse me! The lady who cut my hair had virtually no experience. Please avoid this place. Getting my hair done at Toni and Guy tomorrow!!
