Possibly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.After paying for the service I thought I was getting, I ended up with a broken hot tub and the service wasn’t actually carried out.Despite trying to resolve the matter with HTA we are now 2 months down the line with now conclusion.It takes days to get a half hearted attempt of a response in promising you little but more disappointment.Would strongly recommend using them due to not doing services as advertised and failure to remedy the issues even once they acknowledge them.

We recently had a full service on our hot tub, John arrived at stated time and got straight to work. He told us what he was going to do and why. This is the second time we had John working on our tub and both times he was extremely professional, informative and friendly. When he had finished our tub was gleaming like almost new and our property was left clean and tidy.

Had a delivery of my new Hot Tub by HTA...Wes and Lewis were both polite and professional from the moment they arrived, the garden was left perfectly tidy after with all the packaging cleared away, the guys ran me through the water care and treatment aspect of the Spa.Very please with the level of service I received, I would happily recommend and use HTA again.......

We recently had a Technician, BillyM, out to service our Endless pool.He gave advance warning of his ETA, was punctual and set to work immediately. He worked hard throughout his time here and was passionate about his job and the Endless product. Not only did he service the pool and fix an issue, he also gave some practical advice that was much appreciated.Billy gave a first-class service on behalf of Hot Tub Assist and is a great ambassador for the company.

Very pleased with response from HTA.Andy went out of his way to get our 5 year old hot tub up and running again after an issue with the water quality.He worked though the drizzling rain, replaced 'dead' pump and control panel and efficiently got on with the job in hand.THANKS, Andy for the hard work and good solution you provided.R & T

Ben and Wes delivered my mini hot tub. The road outside my home was being dug up ( happened out of the blue) and the turning into my drive was tight. It was not easy to manoeuvre. They were not phased by that -skilfully drove in delivered and set up the tub. Such calm reassuring and friendly duo. Look to me like they are an asset to their employer. Would not hesitate to recommend.
