Me and my partner have never been disappointed in flame grills food although I ordered nuggets and a kebab wrap tonight and there was literally no flavour, it was like chewing into cardboard. Not impressed at all. :(

Terrible customer service. Ordered online 2:50pm waited an hour, gave them a call to find out where my food was to be told I had to wait another 30 minutes as the drivers did not start until 4pm. This was not listed on their website or email confirmation. I asked for my money back to be told I would have to phone the Bournemouth store tomorrow for one. He said he was too busy to speak to me and hung up. I phoned back and said I wasn't impressed with the customer service and found it incredibly rude that he hung up on me. I asked what the refund policy was and when I could expect to receive my money back. He sent someone to deliver the cash to me. No apology or anything. I will not be ordering from here again.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Been ordering from here for years, Recent orders have had items missing. Chicken burger well and truly over cooked to point of not being able to put my teeth through it last few times we've had it and food cold. Such a shame.

First kebab I’ve had in over a year and it’s put me off for life. Use to order from these guys every Friday night. Decided to start eating better but tonight I really fancied a kebab so went back to the old faithful. Horrendous.I had a mixed kebab £13.50. The lamb doner has become rubbery. The lodge was burnt, the sheesh well we won’t go there. I think they emptied the whole grease tray on my kebab then boxed up and sent me it as I had to dab it with paper towel before contemplating eating.I use to rant and rave to all my pals about how good this place was but they have gone down hill drastically.

1 star is to good disgusting cold food that took over a hour and parts missing phone up and nobody can help and oh we’re busy that not a excuse it’s your job to provide food to a standard.

Ordered from them tonight, stated order had gone through and was payment taken, no delivery after more than an hour, husband had to go to shop as phone number wasn't even connecting. They then tried to refuse the order even with confirmation picture stating order had been sent. He felt very intimated. Never ordering from here again.

Placed an order for delivery, approximately £30 worth of food, it arrived in dead on 15 minutes from placing the order. Phenomenal service, food was amazing and piping hot! Will be using again. Thank you!

New to the area so was not sure where to go, we happened upon this place and were pleasantly surprised. So far have only tried the pizzas which were amazing. Friendly staff offering great service on both visits. We will return to try the burgers & kebabs next.

Used to order here frequently and it’s fine until you have problems. Didn’t give us all our right order and took one hour to deliver. We asked how long would it take to come and the guy said ‘it’s not his problem’ so we told him to get his delivery driver to get the food and refund it but he said they weren’t collecting it and we can have a refund after initially refusing the refund. Couple days later money gone out and flat out refusing to refund even though we didn’t get our right food and saying we should have brought it back on the day even though guy on the phone didn’t tell us too and said they weren’t collecting it. If you have problems then don’t expect good customer service or any money back.
