These guys completed a warranty replacement for Sony, I was kept informed of what was happening and a friendly service from the guys who visited. They did offer to setup the TV but were happy to leave me to it when I asked. Happy with the service I received

I contacted JF Associates when our Samsung TV developed a fault with the smart hub feature. They responded almost immediately and took the unit in for assessment. As it was a fairly old TV, we were advised we could either buy a component from them and have it installed to remedy the fault or we can go online and buy a far cheaper component to try first. Cannot say fairer than that, impartial and honest service, would highly recommend.

Was directed to JF Associates for faulty TB support via Currys/Samsung. And even though Currys should have supported me, the engineer still helped solve my issue and also cleared up how Samsung miss-identify TV to sound bar comms as using Bluetooth but you actually need to select TV connectivity rather than Bluetooth from the soundbar menu. Showing their expert product knowledge!Excellent service and saved me lots of time and hassle trying to chase this though Currys poor support lines. Would strongly recommend. Thanks JF!!

I had a problem with my TV purchased through a normal retailer under warranty. I was told that J F Associates would contact me to organise a repair. They kept me up to date with expectation and when parts came in. The team who came to fix it today did so with utmost professionalism taking good care of the product, very friendly and polite. Highly recommendable.

After registering a fault with Sony regarding my TV the job was passed on to JFA. They contacted me very quickly, were easy to deal with and frankly went above and beyond to come and carry out the repair at my place of work rather than me have to take time off to wait for the engineer. Polite, professional staff encountered both on the office and the engineer that came to site. Highly recommended.
