Ben's Gutters Colchester

Just has gutters cleaned by, coincidentally, Ben! Very courteous and importantly thorough. Would not hesitate to use this man again.

Paid for a job to be done upfront, guy turned up for 5 mins then went, upon inspecting his “work” after I got home the gutter has come apart. Absolute waste of money. Tried complaining but just get told I will get a call back. Never did after calling twice after to complain. Another bunch of cowboy traders.

A terrible company to use. £177 for a guy to be there for no longer than 10 minutes. He Walked on my composite tile roof even though I’d asked for a skyvac to be used resulting in a broken tile. They tried to lie about this and squirm their way out of it but I luckily caught them out. They did pay for a tile to be fixed. They sent me an invoice on the 29th and by the 1st of the next month I was being told I was getting taken to a small claims court for not paying. Even though on the invoice it say pay within 7 days which in itself legally is a complete lie. Will never use this company again, it was a shambles from start to the end.

I had my gutters and fascia boards cleared and cleaned by Benny on10th of August. My wife and I were most impressed by him his manner was excellent he worked exceedingly hard, and didnot stop until the job was complete we were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. we will certainly recommend him to others on our park home site.

I called them on 20 October and booked for a cleaning and fixing service, and paid full amount, they gave me an appointment. They didn't show and rescheduled 3 times, each time with a different excuse. It felt that they will keep postponing for ever so I cancelled and got a refund today

We had great service provided by Jamie Stibbs at our property in Norwich yesterday. Jamie was friendly and quick and was happy to take photos and provide feedback as needed as we are selling our house. Thank you!

Good luck getting off their database! The amount of spam you get after you use this company is ridiculous. Since I left Colchester two years ago I've had repeated phone calls, emails and texts. Every time I ask to be removed from the mailing list and every time I get told it's done and yet today I receive another email. I replied asking to be removed only to then receive a text. This feels like the only way to actually be listened to.

Amazing service. Followed up next day and job was booked in the day after that. The job itself was thoroughly and professionally done with feedback given on the work carried out and the status of all the guttering and how to move forward next. Would recommend them in a heart beat.
