Rakesh from Connells ( Harrow ) is nothing short from amazing. He is so professional and acts very quick on request. Nothing was ever too much. In times of selling or buying property it can be worrying, however Rakesh has a positive and reassuring mannerism. I could not recommend Rakesh enough!!

Just following on like pretty much most of the negative comments on here, trying to arrange a viewing with Connells is painful.Weeks between responses to emails, difficulty in getting them to call you back when trying to arrange a viewing. I'm uncertain if offers we've made on a property have actually been taken to the vendor.Possibly I'm being a bit harsh but Connells really need to up their game. If I was selling a property with them and a potential buyers wanted a viewing, I'd be furious if my agent didn't make every effort to make this happen.

Connells were always very responsive throughout the buying process for us. They were happy to arrange viewings and called us before a property had even gone on the market to arrange a viewing. This is now the house that we have under offer. Both Rochelle and Scott were always reachable via phone and email and even called / texted us out of hours to ensure we had the latest information that we needed to complete the offer process. We also received some no obligation help from their in house mortgage advisor which was useful. Thank you!

I called to arrange a viewing for a flat but the agent initially said all slots were booked. After mentioning that I was looking to move in as soon as possible they offered a same-day viewing. However, when I arrived, there were multiple other people scheduled for the same time. The agent never showed up, was not picking up the call when I was waiting for them at the accommodation and provided no follow-up afterwards. I wasted 2.5 hours on my weekend because of their irresponsibility. Avoid this agency if you value your time.

I need to find a place to move urgently and all the procedures have been completed including the deposit, but they changed my key pick-up date from one day to another and finally they called and informed me. The landlord does not want to rent the property anymore. Everything feels like a scam, it took a lot of my time and now I have to start over with finding a new place to live.

The team (and especially Rakesh and Scott) made the experience of selling our house very straightforward. They were very helpful, friendly and approachable and we felt well looked after. The photographs taken of the house and the 360 degree views were excellent too.
