I went to collect the machine to clean my as the weather is nice and warm, I took it home and I found out underneath it was dirty and smell, they say always it get cleaned after use but they get returned and sometimes hire to someone else

Carpet cleaner detergent doesnt last for the 2 rooms like specified on bottle. They expect you to clean patches with it. I want to clean the whole carpet!! Which it specifies, CARPET CLEANER!! but if you do that it runs out after a quarter of one room!! Waste of money . Cheaper to get a proffesional in

Hand tool didn't work so had to change it with another store miles away. Once reconnected to machine the water kept leaking from the back of the machine. The whole experience was a palaver.

Placing the order was a bit difficult but rest all was better than what i expected. Collection of machine , cleaning, operating the machine everything was easy. And cleaning result was amazing.
