Margaret & her team are the ultimate professionals- we got our down stairs fully refurbished & the standard of work is the best I’ve seen. Margaret thinks of every little detail & the finish is top class. We went in with a vague idea of what we wanted & Margaret worked closely with us until we were 100% happy with the plans. And even when we had a few little wobbles midway through she reassured us to trust in the design & she was right! She knows what works. She was always available to answer any questions or queries (of which I had many!). We were back in the house in the time frame she gave us at the start of the project. The space, light & flow we now have throughout the house is amazing - we really don’t know ourselves. Anyone who walks in asks if we’ve built an extension as the space is so big & bright. I would not hesitate to recommend Margaret & her team. Thank you so much for making our house a home.

Margaret and all the Grand Design team are very professional and efficient, and I would highly recommend them. I loved the outcome of our new bespoke wardrobes in the attic conversion, the office, and the bedrooms. Once I told Margaret what we had in mind, she designed perfectly and came up with some fantastic ideas all delivered with her fantastic smile and good humour. No hesitation in recomming Margaret and the team!

A huge thank you to Margaret and all the team at Grand Designs. They are so professional and from the very first meeting with Margaret we knew we were in safe hands. We got new wardrobes in our bedroom and they have totally transformed the room. The quality and fit is amazing and they have given our bedroom the wow factor. Margaret told us the lads would be there at 9am and at 9am our doorbell buzzed. That kind of commitment is rare to find these days and can only come from someone who truly cares about doing a fantastic job. Her input helped us get a beautiful set of wardrobes. We plan to get a new kitchen in the future and we will definitely be asking Margaret and the team to do it. We highly recommend them with no hesitation and we are absolutely delighted with the job.

We are delighted with all the work carried out in our home by Margaret & her team in 'Grand Designs'. They installed storage units in our back porch which are not only very useful but they also look great. In addition their joiners installed two large partition doors in the main house. Margaret has some wonderful ideas & she is always available and engaged in her projects. (service: wardrobes and storage in master bedroom, small storage unit in the office)We have a master bedroom with a space distribution that is not easy to work with, in terms of furniture, and we were having trouble figuring out how to have the best of the space.We got frustrated after talking to some companies, because they would not listen or try to help us as they were looking for a quick sale that would not require them to do custom work. We, on the other side, were trying to make the best use of the space we could.When we talked with Margaret, however, it was a completely different game. She listened to us, completely empathized with what we were looking for, and went beyond by offering us solutions and ideas we had not thought about.While we were discussing about the project, she was modelling it in 3-D so we could all see how it would be when ready. It was great to test ideas, as it was easy to perceive if it would work or not.Working with her was great, because she has a plethora of experience in previous projects and could come up with suggestions very quickly, and also had the experience to say why something would or would not work. Trust her when she says that :-)Another excellent point is that she is not precious about her ideas or suggestions. She has no problems if you prefer to do something in the way you asked, even after she presented you alternatives and options.This process was unhurried and very kind, and we were able to review the project when we had a small change of mind.After this, she sent us the quote for our analysis and approval. Her price is fair and reasonable, and the quote is broke down in items, to make it easier to fit in your budget.When the furniture as ready, her 2-man team delivered and fit it over two days, which was quick taking in consideration the amount of work they had to do. The guys worked hard, without any issues, and very attentive to details. Fitting was perfectly done, in a space not so easy to work with.After the first day of installation, I regretted a small decision I had made during the project, talked with her, and she was able to sort it for us without a problem.She visited us I think 3 or 4 times during this process, and brought an electrician and a painter to perform some additional work for us.The electrician put some spots in the room, installed lamps, switches, and put led lightning in the wardrobe.The painter did a quick but excellent work to replace the original paint that came with the house. And here again Margaret helped us choose the proper set of colors, as we were not sure on how to proceed. She brought a palette of colors and explained to us which ones would best fit the lightning of the room, and also combine with the flooring and the furniture colors.All in all, a superb work, from beginning to end.Can't recommend her and her team enough!

Margaret and her team built and fitted a large living room alcove shelving/tv unit for us, which really transformed our living room. I loved Margret's eye for detail and her great ideas, which not only included the design and construction of the wall unit, but also the colour of the walls. All time schedules were met, the workers were polite and professional, no last minute requests were a problem.

Margaret & her team did the most amazing job transforming my kitchen. So much thought & precision went into the final design and her team were so professional. Margaret is always on hand for an questions you have along the way & the communication with the company is exceptional. The final result was life changing for us & the functionality of the kitchen is outstanding. We couldn’t be any happier! Margret and her team installed our new kitchen for us, and I really cannot sing their praises enough.They helped plan out every aspect of the kitchen design, coming up with ideas we simply never would have thought of. They arranged every single aspect of the work done, from the lighting to the painting, the electrics, the floor tiling. Everything that needed to be done, they organised.More importantly, they were incredibly professional in terms of setting out a time table and actually finished ahead of schedule. Margret communicated with us brilliantly at every step, and everyone who worked on our kitchen was extremely pleasant to deal with.I really cannot stress how happy we were, not just with the finished product but with the entire installation process.
