The pricing is outrageous. Toys here which are damaged and missing parts as you can clearly see on the anakin skywalker pictured below. It’s missing it’s lightsaber. Priced at £5 while being brand new and pristine condition online for only a couple quid more. Even smaller items which are listed at £1 are easily found at other local charity shops for 10-20p. Even the primark clothing which is well used is listed between 5-8£. That’s the same price they would have been new direct from the store! Staff seem friendly

Good range of products. However nobody really seems to appreciate donations, after leaving quite a large box of quality coats the only response from staff was yeah you can put the box down there"."

I have visited twice and walked out both times having bought something, despite telling myself the second time I just wanted to look for one thing. The first visit I bought a few dozen books as well as a bedside lamp and the second visit I bought a pair of shoes and a printer. The books were all in good condition, the bedside lamp was excellent and suits me brilliantly, the shoes were a bargain and the printer didn't work, but this is through no fault of the staff but just a dodgy donator looking to offload rubbish rather than take it to a skip. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The stock is wide-ranging but always reasonably priced and going to a good cause as well. There is ample parking, as well as designated disabled bays for blue-badge-holders.I would recommend anyone to look in, even if briefly, while within the area.

Went to drop some things off and asked for some help. No we are short staffed was the answer in an abrupt voice. Took 3 bags in and was asked if I had much more in a an brupt voice againI I said had quite a lot. And was told that they couldn't take much more. Was quite upset with her tone. I am taking my stuff else where and not going back.
