Great serviceI had my eye on a ring and decided to go in and enquire about it. I'm glad I did because I was able to try on the ring with no pressure whatsoever and was really happy with my purchase.The service was brilliant and he polished up another ring I was wearing for me. I also went in at Christmas and purchased a piece of jewellery as a present and the service was very good then, so there is consistency with the standard of service. I Would certainly use the shop again.

I dropped my watch in (just a basic watch) to get the battery replaced. 10 days & £55! I said absolutely no way was I spending £55 for a new battery & was told that my watch was now on the mainland. Sooooo…. what do they actually do at this jewellery shop if a replacement battery takes 10 days & a trip over the Solent.

Absolutely appalling customer service during a recent experience. Staff were incredibly rude and did not want to engage or help. Sign for returns was not visible on first visit. When returning subpar items, staff were disgustingly rude. Would not recommend if they were the last jeweller on earth…

I needed to take the time to sit and write a review about my experience with island jewlers,I made contact with them regarding me wanting to purchase an engagement ring , I had no idea what type I wanted etc but I spoke to a lovely lady called Louise she totally went above and beyondTo help me out,even sending me pictures of the rings In my budget to help me choose ,It goes without saying i was only too happy to come to the shop today and make a purchase let's just hope she says yesI need to say that this young lady was profesional friendly very helpfull and is a real asset to your buisness .I don't normally write reviews but felt I had to make the effortMany thanks

I've never really been one to wear jewellery, but I spotted a ring in the window that I really liked the look of. Tried it on inside and was treated to great service. Ever since then I've bought a couple of rings from there, had to have them resized due to fat fingers, but the resizing was always done perfectly and again, very great service. I bought a madonna necklace around 2 months ago, and unfortunately the chain broke, I came back to the shop and I bought a second chain and was even offered a slightly reduced price since I'd previously bought the necklace and chain! If that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is. I recently had to buy another chain - I'd like to stress this is in no way a reflection of quality, I broke it to due to my own clumsiness and was again treated very kindly.This is the only place I'll go to buy rings/necklaces, for myself or others, simply to due to great quality, great prices and great service from the lovely staff. Cannot rate highly enough.

Needed a silver chain for my daughter's birthday. The interior is clean and well presented but alarmingly, no Covid restrictions seem to be implemented - eg no perspex barriers at the counter or social distancing markers on the floor. The shop is quite small so maybe three people max excluding the lone person manning (today anyway) under the current circumstances would be appropriate- however - I was alone inside so not an issue.My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and I made a purchase.... I didn't have a lot of time on my hands today to browse the shop properly but I will revisit at some point in the future.

Very happy customer! Needed a complex ring reshaped for comfort, which a different jeweller said they couldn't do. Took it to island jewellers and litrelly got the ring back the next day. Fits beautifully. Great value and brilliant job!

Beautiful stock and excellent service. I had a ring measurement wrong, thankfully myself and my partner are the same size and the owner correctly measured my ring size by sight, adjusted the ring I wanted for a very reasonable rate and, a month after purchasing, replaced one of the stones that had fallen out on the first day of her wearing it for free.Highly recommended!

Five star service from start to end. I had the children with me so no time to browse. I gave Louise the details of the chain and pendant I wanted. She checked all shops they run and found not only what I was looking for initially, but extra too! Three items later, paid over the phone, first class shipping and all pieces were with me by the next day. After 5 years of wanting these it’s safe to say I’m one very happy customer! Will be back next time I’m over the island ♥️

Bought a watch battery for £10, walked out of the shop to a call saying we already had one. Asked for a refund and was told they have a strict no refunds policy. A quick Google and the same cr2016 battery is £1.99 elsewhere.
