No under 18s on Thursday Friday and Saturday!?I understand if there’s a group of under 18s whom look like trouble , however there’s a difference between a rowdy group and one 16 year old.I feel that the rules should be updated to Allow for those who are alone and not going to cause trouble to eat in and those whom are not to be restricted to take away.I understand that if the manager replies to this review , their words will be, “unfortunately we are unable to tell the difference between those who will cause trouble and those who won’t “ but I can assure you that a boy in their school uniform , alone will not cause trouble , a GROUP probably would.

In this restaurant this afternoon..4 teenage boys were being very loud and making themselves sick by sticking their fingers down their throats.. shouting and making other dinners very uncomfortable!Poor young girl working there cleaned up after them with no help and no support! Why didn't management step in? and ask these boys to leave?Disgusting management !

Hair found in Mcflurry. Staff clueless when told and wouldn’t offer a replacement or even an apology until prompted. Unsurprising however when you have a female manager with long hair not tied up or in a hair net making the flurries. Clearly the management team do not care about food hygiene as after complaining hair still wasn’t tied back or in a hair net! Absolutely disgusting

Standard Mcdonald, really, food was ok. It was a relatively quick service, for a very busy place.Turn over for tables was fast.A few bad points missed a burger off my order, but it was easily rectified i tried to order from the table on my mobile but wouldn't work.

Food is standard McDonald's quality, okay for a quick meal. Sometimes they get orders wrong, but generally I've had positive experiences with the food here. Service can be hit and miss. Some of the staff is really nice and attentive, others are pretty careless - they forget what they just told you, they don't pay attention if the order is for takeaway or not, they forget sauces, napkins, etc. Recently on my last 2/3 visits they've had issues with the screens running out of paper for receipts and not showing the order numbers, so I've had to queue for the counter to ask for my order number, which defeats the purpose of convenience of the screens.

I visited McDonald's recently and had a disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, leading to long wait times. The tables were filthy, making it an unpleasant environment. Overall, it fell short of the cleanliness and service standards I expect.

Applied for a job listing here, and got the job- after my documents didnt work because of my preferred name, they made me reapply- which was fine but not very convenient. After this I had to attend a second interview and practically convince the interviewer that I had been accepted for the job and done the interview. After all this, I didnt even get the job. Even the employees told me the training is awful while i was doing my first interview. Do not work here. Also have had several awfully done Mcdeliveries from here, they literally forgot main items and all dips, not even enough straws most of the time, avoid their delivery services- however, usually dine-in is normally good except for lots of abuse the staff face from rowdy teenagers, upstairs is good but downstairs is rough.
