I regret buying this courseI already have a payroll qualification through a different online company which was very easy to useBut this one, there are so many different platforms it’s just one big mess!The students have started a watsap group and they are all recommending you tube videos to try and work it out, we shouldn’t have to do this!Even down loading the work sheets is difficult as I don’t have a ‘convert to word’ on my PC, I have to email the document to my partner so he can then he has to email it back to me, such a waste of time!!I constantly message the pop up for a call back etc but I never get a responseI can see on other 1 star reviews you have responded ‘ student satisfaction is our utmost priority’ clearly this isn’t!

Totally west of money. In the beginning Mr Sid says to me you will be trained and fully qualified for AWS within 8 month he is totally lies and he rushed to me to buy the course. the way of teaching is not good at all . they don't teach basic about how to start.Homework session are very high level of cloud. Even it is not worth for £3K . you can get same course only for $350 form other online provider. I totally regret of buying with E Careers.So do your online search will will get cheaper course.

I regret buying this course because the student advisor assured me the online live class will be evenings and weekends then leter on I discovered most of them are in the morning during the week. Also he rushed me to make a credit plan for 12 months because he can do discount with out knowledge me with terms and conditions. I tried in the second day to cancel it but they refused do to the terms and conditions policy which I never seen or received.Also when i cheked the portal i could not find material to start standing there are so many different platforms it’s just one big mess! Mixed-up video's from level 2 and 3. I am very disappointed paying 12 months for course which I will not do. Worst education plataforma. Offer you courses with easy way promise to send you books etc… with out explaining you have to pay for extra money for exams. Then when you want to make your exam they surprise you with more than 150 pound you have to pay for each model you have to do exam . Imagen you have 5 model you have pay 150 each one so Courae can cost you fortune simple like AAT2 and those courses are free on colleagues in Uk. Be careful with company . If you do want to finish course or you not satisfied you still make to pay it they take you to court . I can show everyone my court notice . Also no support at all on this compay . Just about money India people take it like to milk you money plz be careful so much .

I booked myself the cemap 1,2&3 courses. I found the course for cemap 1 very good and extremely well put together. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ended.E-Careers from that point on became very hard to deal with. Getting myself booked on the next course was a nightmare. customer service were a complete shambles and we’re not interested in helping me at all. I honestly felt like it was a con at this point. I finally got on the following course (after taking complaints up the ladder and threatening legal action) and the second course was basically just a webinar with a tutor reading the book they had sent me. Very disappointing and I doubt I’d use them again.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up. They were very good at the start and now all they do is ignore my messages, emails and voicemails. The service I have received is poor. Especially as I had paid for an exam only to find out from AAT that I'm not actually booked onto one. Do Not Use These People - I feel scammed.

Regretting by purchasing a course. Content is copied and pasted from the official certification provider guide. Total waste of money. Not recommended.

Don’t do it.They are very nice at first and very helpful. After you sign up , you are on your own. These people have been giving me a run around since June when I signed up.No communication with the tutor, I was advised by Nigel that the course comes with tutor support. No tutor has communicated with me. I asked Nigel about the tutor only for him to tell me I need to contact CIPD. Which I did and CIPD advised me that e careers are supposed to provide me a tutor. I don’t know who my tutor is , no communication at all.This has really affected my mental health, I feel like I’m paying money for nothing, every month, money is leaving my account but there is no support for me to complete the course what am I supposed to do. This has really affected my mental health, I’m really struggling.My advise is don’t do any course with them. False promises and you will regret it like I am

Scam company. Waste of time. They tricked me and deceived me about my apprenticeship programme and the company I'm working in. I do not recommend. Do not waste your time please.
