Go to pride every year, always come to sidewalk first, Went this year & security asked us to leave after 30 mins with the reason “I can’t tell you why, the owner just wants you out” pathetic management. Since when do people get asked to leave with absolutely no reasoning? Completely baffling, won’t ever return.

really rude and JUDGEY bar staff member (male, short, beard)… completely judged us for the drinks we got. so unnecessary. however, one lovely young male member who was happy to get us all the shots we wanted thank you :)

Went out for date night and thanks to Alex we had the best cocktails of the evening out of everywhere we went. My partner had the best pina colada he's ever had. Thanks for the great drinks and atmosphere :) we will be back for the next date night!!

Bar staff are rude, tried to order a drink and gave me the wrong drinks and then to add insult to injury gave me the wrong change. For a community that is meant to be welcoming and accepting I have never felt treated so poorly. Shame the bar staff are only interested in people they clearly want to sleep with. Disgusting!!!!

Bar staff are ill trained and rude. Came in on bank holiday and ignored. Everyone who came to the bar after me was served before me until I said something. When I dared to speak I was treated with ill manner. Maybe you should hire staff that know how to treat their customers respectfully.

In recent months this bar has lost it’s way, everything from service to overall atmosphere has downgraded, maybe due to new owners or management.I visited recently and was definitely over charged by the bartender, the amount I paid compared to someone I know who ordered the exact same drinks was higher than what they paid, and I am sure they’d justify it as a service charge to blur the fact that it’s in fact scamming customers.That aside, the overall atmosphere is trashy and downtrodden compared to how it used to be years back.Hopefully they’ll bring back to how it used to be, but I doubt it.
