Absolutely terrible service! Firstly delivered wrong order and when I phoned to query i was told to F off. Overcharged me by £100 as didn't get an invoice on delivery. Quality of timber is terrible. Definitely won't be using this company again.

We've been pricing up a decking project and visited various timber merchants in the area. The others made us feel like idiots for asking questions, the lady at timberline was the complete opposite. Friendly, knowledgeable, didn't make me feel like am idiot and really helped me to work out exactly what I needed for the best price. Quality of products looks fantastic, and their prices were best we'd cone across too. Would highly recommend!

Service offered fell far short of our expectations. Rude and offensive on the phone, stock not delivered when promised. She wasnt bothered that we will NOT be buyjng a shed or decking with them. Her loss BEWARE!!!!!
