Evan recently replaced our electric shower and toilet syphon in our bathroom, and I'm extremely pleased with his work. Evan was punctual, professional, and skilled. He efficiently addressed the issues, including some additional plumbing needed for the electric shower since it wasn't an exact replacement. Initially came round to service a very old boiler and gave us sound advice on how to keep this going. Couple months later boiler eventually died, after coming out on a Sunday to diagnose and to get working again- We booked Evan to install a new boiler, extremely responsive and accommodating ensuring we were priority with no heating/hot water available and by moving a busy week around to fit us in. Worked all day overcoming various obstacles to finish the job- Looking forward to a hot shower!

Evan answered my request for an emergency boiler repair within 30 minutes of me submitting it. He was with me within a couple of hours, and within another 2 hours had located the problem, sourced and collected the parts and had it fixed. He was polite, communicative and tidy. I’ve kept his number and will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
