Derecroft Glamping Luxury Lodgepods

Had a lovely stay with my partner in the Beech Lodge, it was very clean and whole place was amazing, especially the hot tub. I would definitely go back and will recommend staying there to family and friends.Thank you very much to Jane for the warm welcome.

My daughter paid £370 to say for 2 nights and £150 deposit. On the evening my daughter and her partner in which was his birthday we’re playing cards in the hot tub on getting out left the cards on the side during the night must have blown in the next morning we’re woken up and asked to leave all because there were a couple of cards in the hot tube! My daughter would have taken them out but wasn’t given the chance to and asked to leave immediately. So my daughter and her partner have paid £370 and £150 for a one night stay as the lady said she had to take the cards out and empty the hot tub but is that not what you do after every guest! There was no damage what so ever and won’t give my daughter her deposit back. When you hire a place for the weekend why would the lady be around there cabin and hot tub that why you hire it for 2 days the lady isn’t very professional at all and a complete rip. Please stay clear of this place if your looking to have a lovely weekend as this completely ruined my daughters partner birthday and there weekend together they are both young professionals not silly young people. I am absolutely appalled at this I also run 2 businesses and this is really not how you treat people.Replying to your feedback your actions were very un professional I run 2 businesses myself you have completely ripped off 2 professional young people that were simply enjoying a birthday weekend I pity anyone that stays with you taking £370 and £150 deposit and asked to leave on the morning after just one night stay because they left cards on the side of the hot tub and they simply blow in it was an accident you did not even let my daughter take them out you simply kicked them out ruining his birthday and then kept all the money completely un professional and I really pity anyone that stays with you!! You shouldn’t of been around there pod until they we’re leaving that is why you pay and hire and also there deposit no damage a few cards in a hot tub by accident. Nightmare guest really. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying in your pods ever your very in professional and rude. Regards

Beautiful glamping pod, excellently equipped, perfectly clean and very comfortable, Jane very accommodating and friendly. Hopefully won't be our last stay.

Lovely place, views are fantastic. We stayed the wkend of bonfire night and sat in the hot tub watching the firework displays across the hills!The pods are very well equiped and nice and cosy.Owners are very friendly and on hand should you need them. However, we didnt!Ideal for a relaxing few days away.

I booked a Derecroft glamming pod in October half term with my family and although the weather wasn’t perfect, the pod was! My family and I had a brilliant time, it is immaculately clean. My kids loved the hot tub. EVERYTHING has been thought of by Jane who was also a fabulous host. We’re looking to book for Summer 2023! 100% recommend this place.

2nd visit to this amazing place. The hosts are fantastic and facilities are absolutely spot on. And that's not even mentioning the views. Definitely be back

Everything about our stay was excellent! The glamping pod is very well furnished with literally everything you need for the stay. They have thought of everything to make the stay so great from providing all the utensils to make your own stone baked pizzas, speaker for the hot tub to a well equipped kitchen and smart tv! Jane was an exceptional host throughout our stay and even offered to get us some groceries while her husband was at the shop when we were unable to leave due to an accident that just happened on the road. I would definitely recommend Derecroft Glamping!

Absolutely amazingLoved every minute of our stay for Christmas. Jane made us feel so welcome with her thoughtful Christmas touches with welcoming mulled wine, procescco and marshmallows.The place was amazing and has everything you need for a stay. So unique, clean and cleverly equipped.Such a homely feel. Loved the colour changing lights for the pod!. We had pizza and the marshmallows on the outdoor fire stove for Xmas Dinner which is such a nice feature. Lots of Christmas songs were sang along with in the hotub with the speaker. The scenery is also gorgeous with the wildlife pond and horses. Highly recommend a stay to anyone and will 100% be back !
