Lovely friendly atmosphere, Karen was very helpful as I wasn't sure about colour etc but it turned out absolutely lovely, really pleased.

After trying several salons in Malvern I have now found the best in my opinion. Anna is my stylist for colour and foils. She really takes the time to listen to what you want colour wise and I now have the blonde shade I really want. So happy and highly recommend.

Nice saloon but gobsmacked to be charged £26.00 for a walk in fringe trim! Took approximately 10 minutes. I have to work more than an hour for that. Not sure how they justify that price and will not use them again.

MY HAIR HAS BEEN HACKED!What I asked for and what I got is a grotesque comparison. Have come home and straightened it to make it look more like what I asked for, and it's not even even! Won't be asking Kate to do my hair again.***UPDATE***Karen, the owner, saw this review and made every effort to correct Kates shamble. She massaged me Saturday night and opened the salon for me specially today (sunday). The experience was a marked difference to yesterday's! Karen went through with me everything that needed to be done and didn't proceed until I confirmed I was happy. My lord am I overjoyed at the end result! I have a cut I wanted and styled beautifully! I have been coming to Anna for hair cuts and balayage for years now. She always listens carefully to what I ask for and does a fantastic job.
