I attended the 2 day Refresher course in Stopsley on the 7th & 14th January 2020.The course was very well structured and contained all the information required to pass the practical and theoretical test at the end.The Instructor went at a reasonable pace and went over anything the students were unsure about.I would thoroughly recommend Bostock.I have been training with then for about 15 years

Lots of relevant information delivered in an engaging way.Course was slightly amended to suit the needs and professions of the people on the course, which again made it completely relevant the entire way through the three days of training.

I have used Bostock for the last 2 rounds of Emergency First Aid at Work training delivered to 80% of our staff team.Both times they have exceeded my expectations in terms of the quality of trainers that they send, with vast life experiences dealing with trauma situations: for context, I have worked with other providers whose trainers have never had to deliver CPR in a real life context, whereas these folk can reel off a list of the trauma incidents and CPR they have delivered in real life emergencies in the past weeks/months/years. I have also found the prices to be very reasonable for trainers with this level of experience.This time, they were even faced with the challenge of someone fainting at the very talk of blood and managed to amend the session so that we all still learned the skills required, without my colleague going sideways again!I would not hesitate to book Bostock for First Aid training again.

They are a very professional company and the tutor we had come to our business to carry out the First Aid training was extremely professional and the made the course fun and interesting. Would highly recommend!!!
