We had these gentlemen do our whole bottom floor renovation. They ripped down all the walls and ceilings. And rebuilt them where we wanted them, they did all our flooring, our kitchen extension construction (breaking down old kitchen and rebuilding new walls and a water tight roof with a roof lantern) and moved our soak away and drainage into our garden. They built a false ceiling so we could have a halo of light around the living room and hallway. They worked amazingly and fast. They would turn up first thing in the morning and leave late, to get the work done efficiently. I would highly recommend Smex Construction Ltd’s Afrim and all his colleagues who work to an extremely high standard whilst also keeping their workspace clean. Thank you!

Afrim and his team installed the new kitchen in my flat. They've done the work that was very difficult because of the space restrictions, and they've done it very well. They were extremely professional and when any change was required, very accommodating. They finished before the agreed deadline and within the agreed budget.
