Dreadful company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.They were Sub contracted by my housing provider to fit double glazing. Didn’t measure windows correctly, gouged chunks from my walls trying to get the wrong sized window to fit and left me with a bowed, ill fitting window that had to have bits hacked off to fit, secured mainly by luck and expanding foam.Have been waiting for them to replace with the correct window for 3 months now… my children cannot use their bedroom as they were getting poorly from the cold, draughts and damp caused by the window. They turned up unannounced to fit the replacement, I moved furniture etc and they then realised it wasn’t the right window so left again (having took a chunk out of my roller blind and broke my light fitting)Since then, they have cancelled 3 times on the morning they were meant to show up. I complained and got told someone would turn up within the hour…. 2.5 hours later and still nobody, no communication my messages are going unread.It’s costing me a fortune in heating and my childrens well-being has really suffered, especially my autistic son who has been distressed by the whole situation

Fantastic company, great communication. The workman were very punctual friendly and helpful.

Ridiculously slow and untidy (when they decide to turn up) They seem to have little control over their sub contractors.
