Booked a month in advance.no text to confirm night before as usual.i phoned on appointment day, don't think I was even down in her book but she said she was coming as agreed! Then texts to says her had van broken down, not even a call a text!!.i suggested we reschedule so no need to panic as obviously had other customers later after me! I was texted saying she would call me that evening!! I'm still waiting over a week later! How rude and unprofessional!! Had used them before on 2 occasions and this time never again!!

Fabulous! Amazing! Wonderful! Lovely lady called Susy came and worked her magic on my disgustingly filthy oven and WOW what a result! My oven and ceramic hob look brand sparkling new! Even better than I imagined it would be!Susy....you and your Pixie Dust are simply FATABULOUS! :-)

You have to have the service to really appreciate just what this ladycan do When she cleans the cooker there is no corner cutting, no clock watching it's just hard graft and you're left with what looks like a new cooker She is simply the best the most honest, reliable person you could wish to meet and great company tooTry her -you won't to be without her!!!!Fantastic !!
